ToonDoo allows you to create comic stripes and cartoons.

I don't use this program very much but I like it because I can make funny cartoons.

It lets you create your characers, your paints and books with your cartoons.
Disadvantages

In my opinion, I thing that ToonDoo have no disadvantages.
Scratch
Scratch is a free programming software for create your own interactive stories, games and animations.
Program Website: scratch.mit.edu
I like this program because it's innovator.
Advantages

It´s free;

It has many options and you can create further.
Disadvantages

It isn't so easy to use.
